The dishes: Risotto, Tune Tartare, Croquetas, Ravioli al Plin, Trout Tartine, Boconcino di Bufala, Polpette, 'Egliknusperli', Fregola von Crevette, Beef Tartare, 'Wiedikerli mit Bürli' and Sant Illario ham. Plus buffets of fresh oysters, Oona Caviar and Swiss Alpine Salmon.
